Our comprehensive inspection facilities feature advanced Keyence multi-sensor measurement systems for high-precision, non-contact dimensional analysis, supported by Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) for detailed geometric verification.

Surface integrity is evaluated using the Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-410 surface finish testing system, ensuring exceptional accuracy and consistency. Additional capabilities include visual projection up to 50x magnification and a full range of high-quality digital and conventional gauges and instruments.

The entire inspection facility operates within a temperature-controlled environment, and all inspection and calibration data are securely maintained in a computerised database for full traceability and quality assurance.

Much of our work includes very tight tolerances as standard and we have a wealth of expertise from the Aerospace, Defence, Petrochemical, Automotive, Motor Sport and Marine industries ensuring that we are able to meet the most demanding customer requirements. Flexibility and diversity are core skills to the business.

Having been an active participant in Rolls Royce’ Route to Excellence training we are well versed in source change procedure and first article inspection requirements. We are able to provide CMM reports, SPC data and material test certification required by our customers.
