Working with Rolls Royce we have developed a culture of fast response and flexible service which we aim to deliver to customers regardless of industry or application, specifically we have worked on both small batch repair parts and production volumes.

We have worked on a wide variety of aerospace projects and have manufactured for a multitude of aircraft engines including Rolls Royce RB211, Trent 500, 700, 800 and 1000, Spay, Pegasus, Avon and Gem and we have a wealth of experience manufacturing wide-chord fan blades and other high tolerance flying parts.

Within aerospace PDS has worked extensively in avionics and defence as well as machining airframe parts both in traditional materials and also in composites.

The variety of work gives us a huge base of experience in a variety of materials from inconels, nimonic and hard metals to titanium, stainless steels, plastic and cutting edge development machining of composites.

PDS is also able to apply its extensive experience in aerospace to the energy generation industry with customers such as Siemens and GE and on Rolls Royce industrial engines and projects.
